Not every pet trip has the owner along: sometimes it is a vet appointment, a grooming slot, or picking up a puppy at the airport when no one in the family is free. Lumina covers both kinds of pet transfer — with you on board, or the animal travelling alone under the driver's care.
The vehicle is cleaned before the ride, and the windows stay locked throughout the trip. For longer journeys, your driver agrees an extra stop with you in advance, in case your pet needs to stretch or have some water.
Tell us the species and size of your pet when you request your quote — dog, cat or another small animal — so we can confirm availability and the right vehicle. A carrier is recommended and can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
