What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number. If it is delayed, your driver adjusts the pick-up time and waits for you — no extra charge for the airline's delay.
How do I pay?
The price is fixed before the trip, at the quote stage. We agree the payment method with you right then, so there are no surprises at the end of the ride.
Do you go outside the city?
Yes. We cover the whole of Greater São Paulo, plus the coast and countryside — Santos, Guarujá, Campinas, São José dos Campos and other destinations on request.
Can I bring extra luggage?
You can. The vehicle has a roof cargo box, which doubles the available space. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort out the details of your luggage.
I am travelling with a child. What about car seats?
Let us know the child's age when you request your quote and we will provide the correct seat, as required by Brazilian traffic law.
Do I need to book in advance?
The earlier the better to secure your time slot. That said, we do take last-minute requests subject to availability — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm right away.
